In the research paper, you analyze environmental innovation role in creating long term sustainable competitive advantage and company growth. As a result, environmental change becomes a top priority for firms everywhere with growing responsibility for the environment, and in doing so, enterprises are under pressure to become eco-friendly. The article addresses how environmental innovation is related in impact to financial results, industry leader, brand and organizational resilience. Employing analysis tools like correlation and regression, we draw the research on primary data from 120 firms and secondary source data from credible journals and reports. The findings suggest that environmental innovation is an obvious positive predictor for not only long-term growth but also organisational sustainability. The study contributes to the literature by offering a collection of empirical evidence and practical suggestions for managers and for policy-makers. Amid the growing global concern on climate change, resource depletion and environmental destruction, the pressure on firms to practice eco-friendly practices is increasing. This research study examines how environmental innovation influences financial performance, market position, brand reputation, and organizational resilience. These data are conducted based on primary data from 120 firms and secondary data from respected journals and reports and we apply statistics, including correlation and regression analysis. It is concluded that environmental innovation has a significant relationship and positive influence on the long run growth and the sustainability of the organization. Our research aims to add to the literature, as well as provide managerial as well as policy advice.
